Two tracks

Pick the room you are in

Track one

Hospitality and tourism are our first language. AI is the one we teach.

Your team practises a six-part prompting method on its own rooms, menus, and tours. Every example comes from a property, a restaurant, or a tour operation.

  • A prompting method they can repeat every day.
  • A prompt library built for hospitality: guest replies, listings, menus, and social posts.
  • The habit of checking AI output before it reaches a guest.
  • The Canadian rules that still apply: privacy, consent, and honest claims.

Track two

Not in hospitality? The same method works for any team.

Your team practises the six-part prompting method on its own work: emails, social posts, proposals, and reports. The examples come from your business, not from a hotel.

  • A prompting method they can repeat every day.
  • A prompt library customised to your industry, not to hospitality.
  • The habit of checking AI output for accuracy and invented details.
  • The Canadian rules that still apply: privacy, consent, and honest claims.
